A New Chapter for Pilates in Landskrona: We Have Moved
We are so pleased to share that Studio Balance has officially moved into our permanent home. You can now find us at Havstorget 2, nestled in the heart of the beautiful Borstahusen neighborhood, right next to Borstahusen Blommor.
Our new pilates studio is just a short walk from the ocean, and we have designed the space to be a true sanctuary for your movement journey.
A Calm Space for Reformer Pilates and Mat Pilates
When you step inside our new home, you will find a space filled with natural light and a calm atmosphere that invites you to breathe a little deeper. Whether you are joining us for mat pilates or reformer pilates, our environment is built to help you feel energized and aligned.

Reformer Pilates: Uses specialized equipment to provide supportive resistance as you rebuild stability.
We intentionally keep our groups small—with a maximum of 6 people in our reformer sessions—to ensure you receive the personal attention and gentle guidance you deserve.
Introducing Mom and Baby Reformer Pilates Landskrona
With this move, we are also very excited to grow our community by launching a brand new class type. We now offer Mom and Baby Reformer Pilates sessions.
We believe that you deserve a focused space for your recovery while embracing the reality of parenthood. These classes allow you to nurture your well-being and rebuild your strength safely, all while your little one is by your side. It is a supportive place where you can care for your whole self, physically and mentally.
