Absolutely. We design every session to be accessible, whether you are taking your first class or have been practicing for years. Pilates is a journey, and we are here to guide you on your starting steps. We focus on teaching you the foundational movements so you can truly feel the benefit in your body.
-
We understand the need for careful movement. Pilates is often recommended by doctors and physical therapists because of its focus on gentle, supportive core strengthening. Please let your instructor know about any specific concerns before class begins. We can offer you simple, safe adjustments to movements to ensure you are supported and protected while you build strength.

Both are wonderful ways to practice, and they share the same principles. Mat Pilates uses your own body weight for resistance. Reformer Pilates uses a specialized piece of equipment with springs and a carriage to provide both resistance and gentle assistance. If you are new or managing an injury,we highly recommend starting with mat pilates first.

Yes, we do. We encourage you to try a single drop-in session first. This allows you to experience our calm atmosphere and gentle approach firsthand, giving you the time to decide if our style is the right fit for your healing and movement journey before you commit to more. You can easily purchase your first session right on our booking page.

We offer a few flexible ways for you to commit to your movement journey. We offer two recurring monthly memberships, one that gives you access twice a week and one that gives you unlimited visits.
For those who prefer more flexibility, a handy 10-class pass is also available.
You can find all of this on our booking page.

Our classes are 50 minutes long. This allows us to move at a calm, unhurried pace, ensuring you have enough time to feel centered and connected to your body without feeling rushed.

Consistency is key, but listen to your body first. Many clients notice positive changes in how they feel—such as better posture or less tension—after attending just once or twice a week. We encourage you to start with a pace that feels sustainable and calm for you.

We intentionally keep our groups small, with a maximum of 10 people in each session. This is important to us. It ensures that your instructor can see you clearly and provide personal attention, support, and gentle guidance whenever you need it.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate drop-ins without an advance booking. Since we commit to keeping our groups small to give you the best experience, our space is limited. We need time to carefully plan and prepare for each session to ensure every client receives the focused support they need.

We kindly ask that you cancel your spot at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time of your class. This is important to ensure that a spot can open up for someone else on our waiting list. If you cancel after this 12 hour window, the class is considered used and one pass will be deducted from your card or membership. You can always manage your bookings easily through our online system.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, similar to what you would wear for yoga or a gentle stretch. We have everything you need here at the studio, including mats and props. You may want to bring a water bottle and towel.

We have two lovely instructors here. Emelie teaches her sessions fully in Swedish. Roelandi teaches in English, but naturally includes a lot of supportive Swedish words and phrases to help everyone feel connected and at ease.
