Cancellation Policy

1. Company Information

We are Studio Balance Landskrona AB, doing business as Studio Balance (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We operate the website https://www.studiobalance.se (the “Site”), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (collectively, the “Services”).

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Studio Balance Landskrona AB.

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Cancellation Policy

Studio Balance operates in accordance with Swedish law, including the Consumer Act (Konsumentköplagen) and the Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen).

All bookings made through our online booking system are binding. By booking a class, workshop, private session, or purchasing a class pass or subscription, you agree to the following terms:


a. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Cancellations made later than this, or no-shows, will be charged in full.

  • Clients may reschedule their class within the allowed timeframe, subject to availability.


b. Refunds

  • No refunds are provided once a booking, class pass, or subscription has been purchased.

  • In accordance with Section 11 of the Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to services for a specific date or time.

  • Studio Balance therefore does not offer refunds for missed or late-cancelled sessions.


c. Class Passes and Subscriptions

  • 10-class passes are personal, non-transferable, and valid for the period stated at purchase.

  • If a booked class is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, one (1) class from the pass will be deducted.

  • Subscriptions that allow two (2) sessions per week cannot be rebooked for a third session if one is missed.


d. Private Sessions and Workshops

The same 24-hour cancellation rule applies. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.


e. Force Majeure

Studio Balance is not responsible for cancellations or schedule changes caused by events beyond our control (including illness, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable circumstances). In such cases, affected clients will be offered an alternative date or class credit.

3. Personal Data Processing

We process your personal data in accordance with applicable Swedish and EU data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data is used solely to manage your bookings, payments, and participation in our Services. For further details, please refer to our Privacy Policy available on our Site.
