Cancellation Policy

1. Company Information

We are Studio Balance Landskrona AB, doing business as Studio Balance (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We operate the website https://www.studiobalance.se (the “Site”), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (collectively, the “Services”).

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Studio Balance Landskrona AB.

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Cancellation Policy

Studio Balance operates in accordance with Swedish law, including the Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen) and the Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen). All bookings made through our online system are binding. By booking a class, workshop, private session, or purchasing a pass/subscription, you agree to the following terms:

A. Class Cancellation & No-Show Rules

Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled by the client via their customer profile up to 12 hours before the start time of the class.

If a client cancels late (less than 12 hours before start) or fails to attend (No-Show), the following consequences apply based on your membership or pass type:

  • All Monthly Membership: You will be charged a No-Show Fee of 50 SEK. This fee will be charged to the payment method connected to your account on your next invoice. The session is considered used and will be deducted from your weekly allowance. It cannot be rebooked or replaced with a third session in the same week.

  • 10-Pass Cards (Clip Cards): One (1) pass will be deducted from your card as if you had attended.

  • Single Sessions: The session is considered used and void.

B. Private Sessions and Workshops

A 72-hour cancellation rule applies. Late cancellations or no-shows for private sessions and workshops will be charged in full.

C. Corporate Bookings

Corporate bookings are subject to different regulations than consumer bookings:

  • Cancellation Notice: For one-time corporate events or workshops, cancellations must be made at least seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled event to avoid charges.

  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the event, or failure to attend (No-Show), will be charged in full.

  • Recurring Sessions: For ongoing or recurring corporate session agreements, a two (2) month written notice period applies for termination and can be terminated by either party.

  • Non-Applicability of Withdrawal Rights: Businesses and legal entities do not have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. All corporate bookings are final upon written confirmation.

D. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

As a consumer purchasing services online, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day of your purchase.

  • Refunds: If you have not used the service, you are entitled to a full refund. If you have utilized the service (e.g., attended classes) during the 14-day period, you will be charged for the sessions attended, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

  • Businesses and legal entities do not have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal the same as private individuals.
    All corporate bookings are final upon written confirmation.

E. Force Majeure

Studio Balance is not responsible for cancellations or schedule changes caused by events beyond our control (including illness of the instructor, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable circumstances). In such cases, affected clients will be offered an alternative date or class credit.

3. Cancelling a subscription

If you purchased a monthly subscription and would like to cancel this, you can do so via the client portal by logging in with your credentials and manage your activity. We have a two (2) month notice, your subscription will end after the notice period.

4. Personal Data Processing

We process your personal data in accordance with applicable Swedish and EU data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data is used solely to manage your bookings, payments, and participation in our Services. For further details, please refer to our Privacy Policy available on our Site.
